What are the pieces made from?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel with gold PVD coating. Because we use organic freshwater pearls, exact pearl shapes may vary slightly.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping for standard orders. However, international shipping can be arranged for wholesale purchases—please get in touch with us directly!
How can I pay?
We accept payments via QRIS, bank transfer or card.
Can I return a piece?

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Not exact, but very close! The design, measurements, and details will remain consistent with the photos. However, because we work with natural, organic freshwater pearls, each pearl has its own unique shape and charm.
Do you take custom commissions?
Yes, we do! If you'd like a custom piece made, send us reference photos and details via Instagram DM at @putrisdesigns.
