Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you’ve had a confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece turns out to be unavailable or was listed at a clearly wrong price.

Prices

Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, paid by the recipient.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in size, texture and colour are part of its character and aren’t considered faults.
